Healthy No Bake Energy Bites
In a large bowl, mix the following ingredients together:
1 cup of old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1/2 cup of peanut butter (or use another nut butter)
1/3 cup of agave (or use honey or maple syrup)
1/2 cup of ground flax-seed (flax seed is flavorless and adds some fiber, protein, and other nutrients)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
